The label anna dezet stands for uncommon and high-end fashion design and accessories. There is a focus on natural and premium materials, but the main effort goes into hand craft and individuality. The core collection comprises bow ties, suspenders and pocket squares made from cork. All products are 100 % handmade with much love for details. The wicker products are 100 % vegan — perfect for everyone who wants to avoid animal products or is more generally looking for an unusual look. Cork leather is a natural product with a varying surface structure that makes every product an original. Besides cork, leather is another production material that I use. Other eye catchers are silk and cotton products that are hand-painted in my studio.
As all products are hand-crafted, I am in my studio Monday to Saturday.
There are no official opening hours though which is why an arrangement for a visit is recommended. All products and colours can be viewed in the studio. Such a visit can also serve for the discussion of an individual design that takes special requests regarding size, colour and fabrication into account.
With its numerous, large cities, NRW has quite a lot to offer. From Schwelm, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Dort­mund, Essen and other inspiring places are easily accessible. My favourite place is Düsseldorf where I have lived and studied for four years. There, it is the Medienhafen district that I most often hang out at. It offers fabulous cafés and restaurants and inspires through its particular architecture. Many creative industries are located there and spread their creative energy. Also, for fashion enthusiasts, the Königsallee with its designer boutiques is worth seeing. But districts like Unterbilk and Flingern offer unique fashion highlights as well. And it is not only the small labels and designers that make these two districts special, the various festivals and events are highly recommended and definitely worth a visit too.
